RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — The Indus Entrepreneurs of the Carolinas will discuss the challenges of biotech vs. high-tech at a dinner meeting on Monday night.

The Carolinas TiE recently became only the third of more than 40 TiE chapters worldwide to create a life sciences special interest group.

Vipin Garg, president and chief executive officer of Tranzyme Pharma, will moderate the panel discussion. Panel members include Clay Thorp of Hatteras BioCapital and Kip Frey of Intersouth Partners.
