RALEIGH, N.C. — Crossroads Public Relations has landed Bronto Software as a client and also expanded is staff.

Bronto, which is based in Durham, develops email marketing software.

Also, Crossroads has added Jill Dykes as an account executive. Dykes, who worked for NBC News for five years as an associate producer, was a senior account executive at French West Vaughn before joining Crossroads.
