ATLANTA, GA. — Servigistics, a provider of service management solutions, has acquired TransDecisions, a provider of routing and scheduling services for the field service and logistics markets.
Servigistics plans to use TransDecision applications to enhance its workforce management solutions. Servigistics said it would integrate its technology with TransDecisions’ dispatch, technician scheduling, route optimization, geographic information system mapping, mobile connectivity and vehicle tracking capabilities into a single application.
