CLEARWATER, FL. — Think Partnership, the parent company of Triangle-based Market Smart Interactive and Market Smart Advertising, has moved its headquarters to Clearwater, FL.

The company had been based in Northbrook, IL. The move was announced Monday as part of continuing management changes.

Scott Mitchell, the new chief executive officer, lives in Clearwater. He took over as CEO from Gerard Jacobs, who resigned on May 12. Benjamin Jennings, the company chairman, also resigned that day. On Monday, Mitchell also was named corporate secretary, and Jody Brown, the firm’s chief financial officer, was named treasurer.

Think Partnership (Amex: THK) has other operations based in Clearwater, including Ozline, Cherish and Personals Plus.
