CARY, N.C. — State Auto, which works with independent insurance agencies in 27 states, is seeking to improve use of corporate data by utilizing SAS analysis software and the SAS Business Intelligence Server.

State Auto plans to use the SAS applications to provide a more comprehensive view of customer experience as well as reducing costs by improving the access and review of results throughout the company. State Auto is based in Columbus, OH.
