ATLANTA, GA. — nuBridges, a provider of e-business solutions, has acquired iSoft Corporation, a business-to-business exchange solutions developer based in Dallas, TX.
Financial details were not disclosed. Both companies are privately held.
The deal makes nuBridges one of the world’s largest providers of B2B exchange solutions based on an industry standard known as AS2.
