Band Together, a non-profit organization that includes several executives from RTP-based high-tech related firms, is putting on a concert May 13 to raise funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wake County.

The concert will start at 7 PM and take place on Glenwood South in front of Capital Fitness in Raleigh.

Donna the Buffalo and Indecision headline the event.

“We are honored that Band Together North Carolina will be working on the Boys & Girls Clubs behalf, said Ralph Capps, chief executive officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wake County. “The proceeds from this benefit will be critical to our efforts to expand our services to even more children and teens in our community. While this area is a great place to live, there is still a tremendous need for safe, affordable places for kids during out of school hours. Because of Band Together’s efforts, we hope to jumpstart the opening of our sixth Boys & Girls Club later this year.”
