etrials Worldwide, a provider of eClinical software and services for the pharmaceutical industry, is rolling out a new suite of services for clinical trials.

The Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) is designed to provide the logistical tools needed by life science and contract research organizations to administer clinical trials. The new product is based on technology etrials acquired from Quintiles Transnational in 2005.

The system is designed to integrate data from different sites and in different forms, such as interactive voice response or patient diaries.

“Our fully integrated CTMS allows data to flow easily between a wide variety of applications which makes managing a clinical trial easier and more efficient for our clients,” said John Cline, chief executive officer of etrials. “As the newest addition to the etrials eClinical Suite, CTMS can be combined with etrials Electronic Data Capture (EDC), eDiaries and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) or used as a stand-alone application. This enables us to offer our clients one of easiest to use and most integrated suites of technologies available to the industry.”
