ViASIC, a provider of integrated circuit design solutions, has named Lynn Hayden to its board of directors.
Hayden, who founded integrated electro-magnetic components firm Coiltronics in 1977, will also serve as chairman of ViASIC’s board.
“Lynn’s financial expertise and knowledge of the electronics markets is a tremendous value to ViASIC and our customer base,” said Max Lloyd, chief executive officer of ViASIC. “His knowledge of product introduction, manufacturing and distribution are critical assets as ICs built with standard-metal methodologies change how electronics systems come to market.”
