Mann Travel has signed on for network services linking its 10 Carolinas networks from US LEC.
The Charlotte-based telecommunications provider will deliver voice and data services over a virtual private network.
“Prior to partnering with US LEC, our voice and data functions operated independently and inefficiently,” said Gary Silverstein, owner of Mann Travels. “US LEC’s MPLS (multiprotocol label switching) solution allowed us to merge data and voice together to improve communications and enhance our key competitive differentiator – top-notch person-to-person customer service.”
Mann Travels will also collocated its servers at US LEC’s Charlotte network operations center.
