Pozen is making changes in its board of directors.
The pharmaceutical firm said Thursday that Donald Namm and James Mauzey would join the board. Namm is a principal with BWA Consulting. Mauzey is a former president and chief executive officer of Bertek Pharmaceuticals.
Current Pozen board members Ted Wood and James Butler are leaving their positions as of May 16. Wood has been a director since 2000, Butler since 2003.
