Cingular is rolling out video-on-demand services, offering content from television programs, sports, news, weather and entertainment.
Cingular is also offering additional content based on a premium price basis.
The video service costs $19.99 per month. Cingular offers content from HBO for an additional fee.
Among the content offerings are local weather forecasts in 100 cities plus news and sports from Fox and sports from ESPN, news from CNN, and entertainment from ABC as well as the Cartoon Network.
