Tech Solutions, which has operations in Florida and New Mexico, has signed on to use web-based workforce management solutions from Shift Technologies.
Shift is based in Charlotte.
Tech Solutions will use several modules of Shift’s ThinMind suite in order to track and monitor consultants’ time and expenses.
“We have many consultants out in the field, and we needed a robust, but flexible solution that would enable the company to securely monitor, collect and track time spent on client work tasks and enter the related travel expenses,” said Annette Hemphill, chief operations officer of Tech Solutions. “We chose ThinMind from among many other software products because of its robust feature set, electronic approvals, reasonable cost, and web interface. The hosted suite was easy to setup and we were able to go live in a matter of hours.”
