Joseph Flanagan is the new vice president of order management for telecom gear manufacturer Nortel.
Flanagan, who reports to Joel Hackney, senior vice president for global supply chain and quality, will be based at Nortel’s campus in RTP. He has spent the past 13 years working for GE.
In other news Monday, Nortel said it had completed the recently announced acquisition of Tasman Networks, an enterprise router firm. Nortel paid $99.5 million in cash for Tasman.
