Speakers ranging from New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson to Steve Forbes, president and chief executive officer of Forbes, Inc., will be in Raleigh on Monday and Tuesday to address the annual Emerging Issues forum at North Carolina State University.
Former U.S. Treasury Secretary Paul O’Neill opens the program Monday morning.
