Bank of America is acquiring Financial Labs, a Massachusetts-based trading firm.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Financial Labs specializes in algorithm-driven pricing and trading.
A team of mathematicians and astrophysicists will join Bank of America in the deal.
