JBoss, a developer of open source applications and solutions, has made a number of changes to its management team.

Rob Bearden, who joined JBoss in 2004, is the new chief operating officer. He had been vice president of sales and marketing.

Scott Stark, a co-founder of the firm and its chief technology officer, is now vice president of technology and architecture.

Taking over as chief technology officer is Sacha Labourey, who served as general manager for JBoss Europe.

Andy Miller takes over as vice president of engineering. He joins JBoss from Coroprate Express where he was vice president of technical architecture.

Ben Sabrinhas, who was the first employee of JBoss, is the new vice president of end user sales for the Americas.
