Think Partnership Lines Up $17.5M in Credit Facility

CGI Holding Corporation, doing business as Think Partnership, has secured a $17.5 million credit facility from Wachovia Bank.

Think Partnership (AMX: THK) is the parent of North Carolina-based MarketSmart Interactive, which recently changed its name from Websourced.

The funds will be used to retire existing debt and to close on the acquisition of Morex Marketing Group, which markets to expectant parents.
