Misys Healthcare and Atlanta-based MedAvant Healthcare Solutions are partnering to provide electronic prescription and claims transactions.
Misys is incorporating transaction services from MedAvant into its electronic medical records solutions. The combined product is expected to be available the first half of this year.
The target market is more than 90,000 health practice providers serviced by Misys.
