Telecom gear manufacturer Tekelec is moving more aggressively into the Russian telecommunications market.
Tekelec has signed a distributor and original equipment manufacturing agreement with Russia-based NEC Neva. NEC Neva will provide regional distribution and sales support for Tekelec’s signaling and business intelligence solutions. Under the OEM agreement, NEC Neva will also customize Tekelec switching gear fur use in Russian and other markets.
