Fairfield Memorial Hospital in Winnsboro, S.C., has signed on for a package of information technology services from Alphanumeric Systems.
The hospital chose to outsource to Alphanumeric a call center, a help desk for applications specific to the hospital, remote diagnostics support, monitoring services and on-site support. The services are part of Alphanumeric’s “TotalCare” managed service offering which is designed for small- and medium-size organizations.
“Our organization needs to focus on what we do best, which is to provide compassionate, quality health services to meet the needs of the citizens of Fairfield County,” said David Kline, chief financial officer of the hospital. “Alphanumeric’s TotalCare services ensure that we have stable and efficient technology to do just that.”
