Titan Technology Partners, a provider of enterprise resource planning hosted and managed industry solutions, has acquired a Cincinnati firm.
Titan said Tuesday that it had completed the purchase of Titanium Consulting Group, which is focused on SAP services and solutions.
Financial details were not disclosed.
“The combination of Titanium Consulting Group and Titan Technology Partners is another step in our plans to become the elite provider of outsourced industry solutions in North America,” said Michael Vadini, Titan’s chief executive officer. “We continue to invest in our SAP practice with extraordinary talent and will continue to expand our SAP capabilities as we focus on providing our customers with industry specific hosted and managed solutions.”
