Lenovo and Cingular Wireless are teaming up to enable access to Cingular’s high-speed wireless network through Lenovo ThinkPad laptops.
The built-in capability will mean users don’t need a separate PC card or additional hardware to link to Cingular’s wide-area network.
The preconfigured laptops should be available in the second quarter.
