LAWRENCEVILLE,Cisco’s acquisition of Scientific-Atlanta took another step toward completion with U.S. anti-trust approval being granted.
Cisco said a deadline for approval was met on Dec. 30.
However, the $6.9 billion deal still needs regulatory approval from other countries, Cisco said in a statement.
