John Silvia, chief economist at Wachovia, and Ray Owens, senior economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, headline the program for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s 2006 Economic Forecast program on Wednesday.
The event starts at 8 AM at the Meymandi Concert Hall in the Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Raleigh.
