More than 1,000 business leaders from around the state are expected to be on hand for the 2006 Economic Forecast Forum on Jan. 3.
The event is put on by North Carolina Citizens for Business and Industry and the North Carolina Bankers Association.
Speakers include U.S. Senator Richard Burr, N.C. State Treasurer Richard Moore, Ken Thompson, chairman and chief executive officer of Wachovia, and Harry Davis, economist for the N.C. Bankers Association.
The event begins at noon at the Sheraton Imperial in RTP. It is already a sellout.
