CryoLife, a biomaterials and biosurgical device company, has added a former Food and Drug Administration official to its board of directors.
Joining the board is James Benson, who worked with the FDA for 20 years. His most recent position was as executive vice president for technical and regulatory affairs at Advanced Medical Device Association. He retired in 2002.
