Clinipace, a developer of software for use in late-stage clinical trials, has partnered with TrialCard, a marketing services company focused on drug sampling, in an effort to improve physician participation in late clinical trial studies.

The two companies are combining Clinipace’s software research platform called Tempo with a drug sample card developed by Trialcard. The intent is to streamline the logistics process from enrollment to fulfillment for Phase IV clinical trials and patient registries.

“We are focused on creating solutions that deliver efficiencies in phase IV clinical studies and registries by reducing or eliminating friction points throughout their lifecycle,” said Jeff Williams, Chief Executive Officer of Clinipace. “For (patient) registries, this merging of technologies will increase physician and patient participation by reducing the enrollment burden placed on physicians who participate in these projects.”
