OVERLAND PARK,Sprint is introducing movies that can be played over wireless phones, teaming up with California-based MSpot to offer the service.
MSpot offers a variety of movies and other entertainment for $6.95 per month.
This is the first time full-length movies are being offered to mobile users, according to Sprint. The movies are made available in ‘chapters”. TV shows, concerts and comedy specials are also part of the programming.
MSpot has also made radio broadcasts available for mobile users.
