Smart Online, a provider of software as services for small businesses, has named Thomas Furr as its chief operating officer.
Furr has been with the company since 1995. His previous position was vice president of sales.
Furr was co-founder of Kinetics, a provider of online commerce services for small businesses, which wsa acquired by Smart Online in 1995.
