etrials Worldwide has landed a technology transfer agreement with Omincare Clinical research.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Omincare will license eClinical software from etrials for use in clinical trials. Omincare also gets access to etrials technology, including a set of tools, support services and training as well as seat licenses.
