Interland (Nasdaq:INLD), a provider of website services for businesses, is purchasing various assets of web hosting firm Web Internet LLC and Web Service Company.
The $4.4 million deal, which includes assumption of debt, also includes rights to the Web.com domain.
Interland also said it expected to acquire some 9,000 web hosting accounts as part of the deal.
