Executives from around the Queen City and as far away as Raleigh and Asheville gathered at the Sunset Club Monday night for the last TechExec networking event in 2005.
The event is sponsored by Local Tech Wire and promoted by Business, Innovation and Growth Council.
More than 125 professionals gathered despite the rainy weather to share a pre-holiday drink and catch up with colleagues.
Among those present were recent NCTA award winner Dave Jones of Peak 10, and James Maltba of SANdirect. In addition, BB&T’s vice president for commercial lending, Stephen Lewis, stopped by as well as Shane Stadler, director of business development for UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Tech Execs held earlier this year were held at goodmortgage.com’s headquarters, and SANdirect. The networking series will continue quarterly in 2006.
