BellSouth is launching a trial program for managed home PC services in the metro Atlanta area.
The program includes technicians who will work with customers over the phone or at their residences to resolve various issues, such as software installation, system repair, virus removal, MP3 players and use of digital cameras.
The service is available to BellSouth FastAccess DSL subscribers.
