The University of North Carolina at Charlotte will dedicate its new science and technology building on Wednesday afternoon.
The James H. and Martha H. Woodward Hall is located at 9201 University City Blvd. It is named in honor for UNCC Chancellor Emeritus James Woodward and his wife Martha.
The College of Information Technology and departments of biology and electrical and computer engineering will be housed in the building, which cost $33.2 million.
An open house will begin at 4 PM.
