Narendra Gupta, a veteran of more than 30 years in the technology industry, has joined the board of directors for Red Hat (Nasdaq: RHAT).
Gupta is currently vice chairman of Wind River Systems.
Gupta was co-founder of Integrated Systems, which merged with Wind River Systems in 2000. He was interim president and chief executive officer of the firm from June 2003 to January of 2004.
