Santo Costa, a former executive with Quintiles, is the newest member of the board of directors at Constella Group.
Constella is a provider of professional health services.
Costa, now an attorney with the Raleigh law firm Maupin Taylor, was vice chairman of Quintiles Transnational from 1999-201. He was president and chief operating officer from 1994 to 1999. Costa also was an executive with Glaxo.
