Hosted Solutions, a provider of data center and hosting services, has decided to call off its proposed merger with a New Jersey firm.
Hosted Solutions had planned to join forces with DataPipe.
“Our strong growth over the past two quarters – as the deal was being pursued – played a major factor in our decision to cease the merger process,” said Rich Lee, chief executive officer of Hosted Solutions, in a statement. “Over the course of the negotiations it became clear that it was not in the best interests of Hosted Solutions to sign off on the deal.”
