Peopleclick, Inc.’s Affirmative Action Solution Team will now benefit from an expert in the field – former OFCCP-Auditor Marsha Biddix recently joined the firm. Her main focus will be in Peopleclick’s training initiative, “Leveraging Affirmative Action to Support Diversity,” which the company will formally introduce at its Global Client Conference in November.
Biddix’s extensive background and wealth of expertise is in the areas of affirmative action, diversity and equal employment opportunity. Biddix has more than 20 years of experience from her own firm, Biddix Consulting Services, as well as the U.S. Department of Labor — Office of Federal Contract Compliance and Verizon Communications.
“Marsha’s experience as an auditor at the OFCCP and as a corporate affirmative action/diversity manager with Verizon adds a new dimension to Peopleclick’s consulting services,” said Jeffery Lewis, Peopleclick’s senior vice president of affirmative action solutions.
Biddix will focus on ensuring that compliance and diversity become inherent in workforce acquisition processes, not just a once a year plan, as she helps Peopleclick reach out, connect and work with small and large businesses.
