Experts in optoelectronics and optical communication will gather in Charlotte on Nov. 18 for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s fourth annual symposium.
The event will also serve as the first symposium put on by the Carolinas MicroOptics Triangle, a collaborative effort between UNCC, Western Carolina University and Clemson University.
Touted as the largest optical symposium in the region, the event’s speakers include experts on optoelectronics, optical technology, trends in North Carolina, and an update from the U.S. Army research laboratory.
