Qvox, a developer of network monitoring tools and services, has opened two new network access points in North Carolina.
One is located in Lumberton, the other is in Wilson.
Both centers are to monitor Time Warner Cable’s voice over Interent Protocol network.
“Both call connection signaling and voice path are tested, ensuring network integrity and high quality voice services are being provided,” the company said.
