The president and chief financial officer of i2Telecom, a developer of mobile voice over Internet Protocol products, are out as part of cost-cutting measures at the firm.
i2Telecom (OTCBB: ITUI) said it “streamlined” operations in order to cut its burn rate by $300,000 a month to a total of $200,000.
President Jim Fultz and CFO John Wilson are no longer with the firm. Paul Arena, chairman and chief executive officer of the company, will also act as principal financial officer, the company said in a statement.
