BellSouth is rolling out three new help tools for users of its high-speed digitial subscriber line (DSL) Internet services.
BellSouth (NYSE: BLS) launched a web site (www.help.bellsouth.net ) for offering automated solutions.
A second tool is a “help CD” with a variety of diagnostic tools.
BellSouth is also offering a new release of its “help center” software.
