CropSolution, a producer of chemicals for crop protection, has closed on $2.9 million in Series C financing, Private Equity Wire reported on Monday.
Citing a regulatory filing, PEW said that The Aurora Funds and ATP Capital led the round.
CropSolution closed on $5 million in B round financing in December of 2003 and a $6.4 million first round in May of 2002.
