Itzick Sharir, the chief executive officer of Sapiens International (Naasdaq: SPNS), is stepping down after five years on the job.
Sharir is retiring to pursue personal interests, the company said.
Replacing him as of Nov. 10 will be Roni Al-Dor, a former president of TTI Telecom. Al-Dor founded that firm and took it public.
