US LEC is beefing up its voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) product suite with two new features.
The VoIP offering now includes voice mail, universal messaging and “find me” features. Voice messaging services can be programmed to dictate preferences based on any combination of caller importance, call time, call location or user availability.
“Our newest additions to the Dynamic T product suite will change the way businesses manage their calls and view the location of their store fronts, office locations, field personnel and even workers at home,” said Aaron Cowell, president and chief executive officer of US LEC. “These new solutions empower businesses to personally manage voice communications on a deeper level while improving their ability to communicate with their customers and prospects anytime, anywhere.”
