IBM is rolling out a software suite aimed at improving workplace management.
IBM Workplace for Business Strategy Execution is designed to help employees better align their objectives with corporate strategy and understand the impact of their decisions on that strategy.
The software is also designed to help companies make better use of increasing amounts of data with the aim being to improve execution.
“IBM Workplace for Business Strategy Execution addresses a simple and fundamental issue facing most companies: effectively reaching the objectives they have set,” said Larry Bowden, vice president, IBM Workplace Software Solutions. “The new product relies on the leadership of the company to determine their unique strategy, but then provides the employees with the tools to accomplish the objectives that relate to that strategy.”
