Earnings in the third quarter dropped for Cree (Nasdaq: CREE), the company reported Thursday.
The light emitting diode and semiconductor manufacturing firm reported earnings of $21.7 million, or 28 cents a share. That was down from $21.4 million, or 32 cents a share, from 2004.
