MATTHEWS,PokerTek, a company developing what it calls the “electronic poker table”, has priced its initial public offering at $22 million.
PokerTek is listed at PTEK on Nasdaq.
The firm priced 2 million shares of common stock at $11. Feltl and Company is serving as the underwriter.
The electronic table is designed to offer a “fully automated poker room environment”.
