North Charleston,W. Thomas Amick joins the board of Argolyn Bioscience Inc. Amick has deep operational experience in the pharmaceutical industry including both large multi-national corporations and venture-backed biotechnology companies.
His most recent experience includes an executive business development role with Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation, the venture capital division of J&J.
“Besides bringing his own executive-level and industry-specific experience to the Argolyn Boardroom, Tom also brings the network of industry contacts that result from a long and successful career,” said Argolyn Bioscience CEO, Pearce Gilbert.
Amick currently serves as a Venture Partner with A. M. Pappas Ventures; a member of the Advisory Board for Quaker BioVentures; Executive Chairman of Stemco Biomedical; and many other board assignments.
